Creator Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Pitch our revenue-sharing model and onboard creators to the platform.
• Build long-term relationships with creators to increase retention.
• Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to optimize the creator experience.
• Track onboarding numbers, revenue contribution, and payout cycles.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships.
• A strong network of creators/influencers is a big plus.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Hustle mindset: comfortable with outreach, pitches, and closing deals.
• Passion for the creator economy and digital platforms.
