Creator Manager

You will be joining Supersquad, a company dedicated to helping creators monetize through unique travel experiences. Your role as a Creator Manager will involve building and managing relationships with creators who will lead trips for Supersquad. This position is crucial for the growth and success of our creator-driven group trips and ultimately, for Supersquad as a whole. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create a Pipeline of Relevant Creators. - Onboard and Manage Creators. - Support Trip Promotion and Execution. - Monitor and Report on Trip Performance. - Foster a Community of Creators. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ Yrs of proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry is a plus. - Passion for working in an early-stage startup.
