Creative Video & Motion Graphics Producer,

What You’ll Do

  • Produce and edit high-quality videos for learning, branding, and storytelling purposes.
  • Create motion graphics and visual elements that enhance the learning experience.
  • Work closely with instructional designers and industry experts to turn ideas into visually engaging content.
  • Ensure videos align with Questorik’s brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Handle color grading, sound syncing, and post-production enhancements.
  • Manage your own creative workflow with full production autonomy.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in

    video production and editing

    .
  • Proficiency in

    motion graphics creation

    .
  • Bonus: Graphic design experience.
  • An eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in software like

    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

    (or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Film, Digital Media, or related fields

    preferred, but creativity is king.
