About the Role

Creative Video Editor

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, has a sharp ear for music, understands moodboards, and knows how to weave storytelling into visuals. From editing timeless wedding films to creating social-first content, this role is vital in shaping Novella’s luxury identity.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Storytelling

• Edit cinematic wedding films, teasers, highlight reels, and branded content
• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with high engagement value
• Translate moodboards and creative briefs into impactful edits with strong storytelling

Music Selection & Audio Editing

• Curate music tracks that enhance emotional storytelling in luxury films
• Perform basic audio mastering for clarity and immersive sound
• Sync visuals with music rhythm and mood for seamless experiences

AI & Advanced Tools

• Use AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in editing workflows
• Stay updated with emerging editing technologies and techniques to keep Novella ahead of trends

Creative Collaboration

• Work with creative directors, cinematographers, and the marketing team to align edits with brand vision
• Suggest fresh ideas and innovative approaches to editing styles and storytelling
• Adapt editing style to meet diverse client demands while maintaining Novella’s luxury signature

Execution & Deadlines

• Deliver edits under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
• Organize and manage raw footage for efficiency in post-production
• Maintain consistency across projects while tailoring each to the client’s story

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience in video editing (weddings, lifestyle, or luxury content preferred)
• Strong portfolio of reels, teasers, and cinematic films
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and related tools

• Basic knowledge of music mastering and sound design
• Experience using AI tools to enhance editing workflows
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and luxury aesthetics
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and dynamic schedules
• Passion for weddings, storytelling, and creating timeless visual experiences
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to

  South Delhi (GK1)
