Creative Team Lead

As a creative and versatile Game Artist with a strong UI/UX focus, you will play a vital role in bringing game worlds and characters to life. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and building 2D module designs that are fun, intuitive, and visually engaging. - Creating optimized characters, environments, props, and UI assets aligned with the game's style. - Developing smooth, expressive 2D character animations, ideally using Spine or similar tools. - Collaborating with developers and designers to ensure visual consistency across modules. - Assisting in UI/UX design to enhance player experience. - Preparing and optimizing assets for integration into game engines like Unity or Cocos Creator. - Contributing to brainstorming and art direction with a passion for visual storytelling. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in 2D game art and animation. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Spine, or similar animation software. - A strong portfolio demonstrating level design, character art, and animation. - Understanding of game pipelines and how art integrates with gameplay. - Solid grasp of composition, color, lighting, and character design. - Experience with UX design principles, wireframing, and UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). Bonus Skills: - Familiarity with Unity, Cocos Creator, or similar engines. - Basic knowledge of prototyping, visual scripting, or gameplay flow. - Background in educational or story-driven game design is a plus. Qualifications: - Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to produce impactful and innovative designs. - Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership to inspire, manage, and mentor creative professionals effectively. - Strong Project Management experience, ensuring deadlines, goals, and client expectations are consistently met. - Understanding and execution of Branding strategies to ensure cohesive and compelling communication across channels. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable. - A Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in financial or fintech industries is a plus.,
