Key Requirements:

  • Work experience: 4 to 6 years.
  • Skill set: Creative thinking, campaign execution, team management, verbal, written, and visual presentation, effective communication, and crisis management.
  • Ability to understand creative briefs and manage a team of juniors on multiple entertainment and brand projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Think critically about clients' problems in relation to objectives to be achieved through digital media on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and mobile, and devise creative solutions through these channels as required.
  • Understand the entertainment, media, and other creative businesses, or quickly grasp knowledge about these industries when onboarding or pitching to a new client.
  • Comprehend client briefs and create digital marketing strategies that support client plans, align with current campaigns, and plan new engagements to bridge gaps.
  • Direct the team to conduct thorough research on assigned brands, projects, and pitches, including new trends, ongoing campaigns, and creative innovations.
  • Lead creative strategy projects, manage timely delivery of campaign-level briefs, and maintain high-quality standards in presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and ideate for brand, movie, show, music launch campaigns, influencer campaigns, or social media strategies.
  • Create presentation decks on a daily or weekly basis with the juniors, ensuring proper quality control before submission and review.
  • Attend in-person or virtual client meetings to present and pitch strategies and decks formulated by the team.
  • Provide qualitative and relevant guidance to the team on projects.
  • Craft interesting and disruptive concepts for various client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities or challenges in a business where creative assets can provide solutions, focusing on unmet client needs and goals.
  • Monitor digital and new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
  • Focus on innovative and interactive digital media campaigns and ideas, driving impact and creativity for clients.
  • Process feedback and implement necessary changes until project closure.
  • Follow internal processes set by the team and organization.
