We’re looking for a Creative & Strategy Trainee who has an eye for creativity, a love for marketing, and excellent communication skills. This role is for someone who can balance imagination with structure — brainstorming ideas one day, preparing content calendars the next, and always keeping multiple clients and their unique voices in mind.

Role Overview

As a Creative & Strategy Trainee, you’ll be part of the team that transforms ideas into campaigns. You’ll help manage multiple clients, craft engaging content buckets, and churn out copy that resonates. This role requires someone who’s organized yet imaginative, able to manage deadlines while also pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

Content Buckets & Calendars

• Assist in preparing monthly content buckets and campaign calendars for multiple clients.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and marketing objectives.

Creative Copywriting

• Write engaging, well-structured, and brand-relevant copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Experiment with tone, formats, and ideas to keep content fresh.
• Proofread and edit for clarity, grammar, and flow.

Client & Brand Handling

• Support in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Coordinate internally with designers and externally with vendors/clients to meet deadlines.
• Understand different brand voices and adapt communication accordingly.

Creative & Strategic Support

• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, posts, and strategies.
• Assist in competitor research and market analysis to spot opportunities.
• Track engagement and prepare simple reports to learn what works best.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals (0–1 year, internships count).
• Immediate joiners only.
• Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (hybrid role).
• Strong creative inclination with an ability to think differently.
• Excellent English communication — written and verbal.
• Ability to churn out engaging copies consistently.
• Strong interest in social media, marketing, and brand communication.
• Basic design sense is a plus (not mandatory).
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple clients at once.
