Creative Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ideas and content strategies for beauty, skincare, and haircare brands.
• Write attention-grabbing hooks and scroll-stopping scripts for performance ads, influencer videos, and social media content (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, etc.).
• Research trending formats, viral concepts, and audience insights to craft relevant campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative, influencer, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Build reference decks, creative moodboards, and concept notes for client pitches and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging creators, and storytelling formats in the beauty industry.
• Ensure creative ideas align with brand tone, audience, and performance goals.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a creative, content, or strategy role (preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, UGC-style content, and performance marketing hooks.
• Proven ability to think out-of-the-box with a flair for concept-driven and visual storytelling.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Prior experience working with influencers or beauty brands is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
