We’re hiring a Creative Strategist at Hustle Culture

If you live and breathe D2C marketing, this role is your playground.

We’re looking for someone who can think big, plan sharp, and execute with precision.

What you’ll do:

• Build and execute marketing plans for a fast-growing D2C brand

• Plan and manage shoots end-to-end

• Hire and manage creators, stylists, and collaborators

• Work with (and hire) graphic designers to bring ideas to life

• Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent communication across all platforms

📍 Full-time, in-office role (Monday to Saturday, half-day on Saturdays)

🗓️ Joining: December 2025 or January 2026

💰 CTC: ₹3.6L per annum, with potential to grow 1.5x–2x within 6 months based on capability
