Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responding to all pre-purchase avia WhatsApp, email, phone, and our website

- Calling leads and actively converting them into customers.  

- Setting up a structured customer care page for better efficiency.  

  • We have abandon carts and high leads on customers looking to buy premium products, you need to convert the same


Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.  

- Fluency in English & Hindi (spoken and written).  

- Eager to learn about the sneaker resale market and adapt to market trends, delivery timelines, and common customer concerns.  (It's a plus if you know the sneaker market already)


CTC: 2.5L


Work from office

Work Timings: Monday - Saturday, 11 AM - 8 PM (Saturday till 4 PM)
