Job Position : Creative Strategist

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ideation and Development: Develop innovative and engaging campaign concepts across various digital channels (paid social, email, website, video content) tailored to the wellness audience's needs and pain points.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The creative strategist is essential for working closely with diverse teams, including designers, copywriters, performance marketers, sales, and product teams. This ensures that creative ideas are not only innovative but also technically feasible and aligned with broader business objectives
  • Market and Consumer Research: Conduct in-depth research into market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour within the health and wellness industry to inform creative direction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROAS, conversion rates) using analytics tools and translate these data-driven insights into actionable creative iterations and optimized strategies.
  • Content and Copywriting Guidance: Oversee the creation of high-performing, compliant content and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand's voice and mission, ensuring all messaging is compelling and effective.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables meet strategic goals and deadlines within budgetary constraints.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a strategic partner, presenting creative concepts and performance reports to senior leadership and collaborating with product and sales teams to align messaging and goals.

Key Skills Required

  • Creative and Analytical Balance: The ability to merge creative thinking with data analysis to produce winning campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: A strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, social media) and the tools used to manage and track campaigns.
  • Storytelling and Visual Communication: Expertise in crafting compelling narratives and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and work cross-functionally with various departments (marketing, design, product, sales).
  • Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and industry trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree: A Batchlor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business or psychology a related field is a common requirement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
