Creative Strategist

As a creative strategist at Z Brands, you will be part of a fast-moving app studio that has doubled revenue in the last month alone. You will play a crucial role in building profitable, direct-to-consumer brands at speed, and your expertise as a direct-response copywriter will be instrumental in helping the company scale. Key responsibilities: - Research customer beliefs, desires, and behavior to create buyer personas that inform our ads strategy. - Write ad briefs based on customer learnings and collaborate closely with an editor/designer to bring your vision to reality. - Analyze past ads to understand what worked, what didn't work, and determine the next steps for our ad campaigns. Your success in this role will be measured by the amount of ad spend your ads receive and the return on ad spend (ROAS) they achieve.
