Invoice Analyst

Job Title: Invoice Executive – Supply Chain

Location: Kalyan Kongoan
Work Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Week Off: Between Tuesday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle invoice processing and related documentation for the supply chain department.
• Prepare and manage debit notes and credit notes accurately.
• Maintain records and reconcile data in Tally and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice clarifications.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only
• Education: Graduate (Freshers welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Understanding of debit note and credit note processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
