Role Overview


We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who understands both the art and science of fashion marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves decoding consumer behavior, spotting trends, and turning insights into compelling creative ads—from Reels to statics—that not only look good but drive results.


Key Responsibilities

🔍 Fashion & Lifestyle Market Research


Stay updated with the latest industry movements, trends, and digital-first campaign styles.


Regularly monitor competitor activity and global brand campaigns for inspiration and strategic insight.


🧠 Consumer Psychology & Brand Understanding


Analyze target audiences to shape content that resonates emotionally and culturally.


Deep dive into each brand's tone, values, and voice to ensure content consistency.


✍️ Creative Writing & Concepting


Ideate campaign concepts weekly that balance creativity with performance.


Maintain a content bank of hooks tailored for Reels, ads, and platform-native formats.


🎯 Ad Ideation – Reels & Statics


Collaborate with the team to script and storyboard short-form video content.


Brainstorm high-impact static creatives with clear visual and messaging direction for Meta ads.


📊 Performance & Collaboration


Assist in analyzing campaign performance (engagement, CTR, VTR) to extract learnings.


Work closely with designers and content leads in strategy sessions and creative reviews.


Must-Haves:


Strong interest in the fashion/lifestyle D2C space


Understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior triggers


Ability to write clearly and creatively in short formats


Familiarity with Instagram, Meta Ads creatives, and Canva


Bonus Points:


Background in marketing, communications, or design


Comfort interpreting social metrics to inform content strategies
