About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and performance-oriented Creative Strategist – Executive to join our marketing team. Your main responsibility will be to conceptualize and craft high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns and short-form organic content across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. This role blends storytelling, conversion psychology, and digital trends to build scroll-stopping content that drives revenue and engagement. Key Responsibilities Write paid ad scripts , content hooks , and high-ROI ad copies for Facebook & Google ads. Develop multiple ad angles and test variations for each campaign. Create organic short-form content scripts (Reels, Shorts) to boost brand awareness and engagement. Understand and implement copywriting psychology , audience personas , and value propositions . Collaborate with media buyers and designers to turn ideas into thumb-stopping creatives. Analyze performance metrics to optimize messaging and angles. Stay updated with market trends, competitor ads, and emerging content formats. Requirements 0.6–2 years of experience in content writing, script writing, or ad copywriting (agency experience preferred). Strong command of English (Hinglish flair is a bonus). Ability to craft conversion-driven narratives with clarity and creativity. Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). A portfolio or examples of written ads/content (preferred). Bonus Skills Understanding of buyer psychology & storytelling frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.) Experience in D2C, B2C brands, or agencies.
