As a Creative Strategist Executive, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and crafting high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns and short-form organic content across various platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Your work will involve blending storytelling, conversion psychology, and digital trends to create engaging content that drives revenue and enhances user engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Write compelling paid ad scripts, content hooks, and high-ROI ad copies for Facebook & Google ads. - Develop multiple ad angles and test variations for each campaign to optimize performance. - Create scripts for organic short-form content (Reels, Shorts) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. - Utilize copywriting psychology, audience personas, and value propositions effectively in your content creation. - Collaborate closely with media buyers and designers to bring your creative ideas to life. - Analyze performance metrics to refine messaging and angles for better results. - Stay updated with market trends, competitor ads, and emerging content formats to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - 0.62 years of experience in content writing, script writing, or ad copywriting, with agency experience being preferred. - Proficiency in English with a flair for Hinglish being a bonus. - Ability to craft conversion-driven narratives with clarity and creativity. - Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Portfolio or examples showcasing written ads/content would be preferred. Bonus Skills: - Understanding of buyer psychology & storytelling frameworks like AIDA, PAS, etc. - Experience working with D2C, B2C brands, or agencies. - Proficiency in writing UGC-style video scripts or founder-led brand content.
