Position Title: Creative Project Manager
Location: The Car Club, Plot 163, Sector 82, JLPL, Mohali
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Open to: Male and Female Candidates

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Project Manager to oversee and manage our marketing, design, and content production workflows at The Car Club. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in social media, digital marketing, and video editing, who can also guide and coordinate a small creative team to ensure timely and impactful execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end execution of creative projects across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Liaise with designers, editors, and marketing team members to maintain workflow clarity and alignment with brand goals.
• Oversee post-production timelines and quality control for video and digital content.
• Review and approve content for brand alignment, messaging, and performance goals.
• Maintain content calendars, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates.
• Work directly with clients or leadership for briefings, reviews, and performance updates.
• Identify and resolve any creative or operational bottlenecks proactively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, and/or video editing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with current social media algorithms, content trends, and performance insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lead with creativity while managing efficiency and performance expectations.
