Creative Producer / Executive Producer – Feature Films

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a talented Creative Producer/Executive Producer to help us pitch both finished screenplays and developed concepts to Directors, Actors, Studios, production houses, and OTT platforms. The role involves managing the creative development of our projects, whether taking a concept from its early stages to a finished screenplay or presenting ready-to-produce screenplays to potential partners. You will collaborate with writers and other creatives to ensure that concepts and scripts align with our vision and are ready for production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pitch and present finished screenplays and developed concepts to directors, production houses, and OTT platforms.

- Guide the creative process of taking concepts from initial development to final screenplays, collaborating with writers to enhance storylines and structure.

- Build and maintain relationships with production houses, directors, studios, and streaming platforms to secure partnerships and distribution deals.

- Oversee budgets, timelines, and production logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Provide strategic input on the creative and business aspects of the content pipeline to align with market trends and audience preferences.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Executive Producer, or in a similar role within the film or OTT industry.

- Strong network within the Mumbai production community, particularly with directors, production houses, and streaming platforms.

- Ability to pitch both concepts and completed screenplays to industry professionals and secure development or production deals.

- Experience guiding projects through the development and screenwriting process, with a focus on creative excellence.

- Knowledge of the full production cycle, from development to post-production.

- Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.

- Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
