Executive Producer / Head of Business Development

As a company that has successfully delivered shots for multiple Hollywood shows and is actively seeking new projects with various clients, we are on the lookout for a highly talented individual to join our team and help expand our VFX business by acquiring new clients both internationally and domestically. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to meet predetermined revenue targets. - Utilize existing industry contacts or establish new ones through networking and market expertise to build new client relationships and business opportunities. - Conduct thorough research on potential partner companies to generate high-quality leads. - Work closely with the founders and creative team to bid on projects and secure deals. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify emerging markets and potential clients. - Monitor the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development. - Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth. - Demonstrable personal industry contacts. - Exposure to the Visual Effects industry would be advantageous. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand others" perspectives and effectively convey one's own.
