Executive Producer / Head of Business Development

As an individual with a proven track record in delivering shots for Hollywood shows and actively engaging in acquiring new clients, we are seeking a highly talented individual to contribute to the expansion of our VFX business in both international and domestic markets. Responsibilities: - Create and execute a marketing/sales plan to achieve pre-agreed target revenue numbers. - Utilize existing personal industry contacts or establish new relationships through networking to develop new client connections. - Conduct thorough research on potential partner companies to generate high-quality leads. - Collaborate with founders and the creative team in bidding on projects and finalizing deals. - Stay updated on industry trends to identify new markets and potential clients. - Monitor the competition to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development. - Proven track record in closing deals and revenue generation. - Demonstrated personal industry contacts. - Exposure to the Visual Effects industry would be beneficial. - Effective communicator who can understand others" perspectives and convey their own viewpoints.
