Support system utilization and stability through active governance, functionality improvements and streamlining, and user engagement including through reporting and system/process optimization, training and troubleshooting.Provide technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to team members in Workfront�from creatives to managers to business leadersSupport, and proactively communicate the rollout of new system functionality, features, or process changesWork as a key contributor and co-owner of Fusion workflows: design, pilot, learn, adjust, implementRepresent Workfront and formal process flows as a guiding member of the GBC Integrated Operations teamConduct regular audits on system utilization and data to increase data and reporting quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes.Conduct monthly governance, and office-hour working sessions with key stakeholdersMust have Skill SetWorkfront administration & configurationWorkfront APIWorkfront Fusion
