Creative Head – Video Editing + AI

About the Role
We’re hiring a senior video editor with 8–10 years of expert-level experience to head our Creative Division within the Digital Marketing vertical and build it from the ground up.

This role is meant for someone who has:
•8–10 years of expert-level video editing experience•Ability to independently deliver agency-quality output

What You Will Be Doing (Core 80% of the Role)
•Attend client meetings to understand campaign purpose, messaging, and expectations•Decide the creative direction for the videos and stills to be produced(Digital marketing experience isn’t mandatory — as long as you can turn campaign goals into strong video stories/stills)

Your Creative Output
You will take raw client footage and turn it into high-impact storytelling videos that:
•Keep viewers emotionally engaged•Communicate the brand message clearly•Hold attention from start to finish

This includes:

• Adding animation and transition effects between images/clips where needed
• Ensuring the visual flow feels seamless and engaging
• Elevating the final output to enhance the viewer’s emotional and visual experience

Tools & Approach
You should already be using — or be open to using — AI tools for video enhancement, animation effects, and workflow efficiency.

Leadership & Growth
This is a hands-on role initially.
You will personally edit videos in the first phase, and later:•Build and mentor a small creative team•Develop the division’s creative standards and workflow

What You Won’t Have to Worry About
You won’t need to design graphics or still templates. Our world-class design team handles all website, print, and graphic design requirements.•The design department is led by a Senior Creative Head from Government Art College with over 20 years of experience working with the Tata group, ensuring all design assets you need are provided at the highest standard.
•No sales or achievement targets – there are absolutely no business development pressures in this role
