Were looking for a visionary Creative Director who can lead our creative team with passion, purpose and creative innovation. What Youll Do: Craft captivating narratives tailored for Sparktics and its clients. Take charge of on-location and in-studio shoots, collaborating with the team to bring creative ideas to life. Monitor digital trends, social media algorithms and audience behaviours. Experiment with new storytelling techniques and visual styles to produce viral, shareable content. Lead brainstorming sessions, guiding a diverse team of marketing professionals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an agency. Deep understanding of design, copywriting, and branding across traditional and digital media. Ability to conceptualise and drive innovative creative strategies that drive results. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and successful campaigns.
