Job Title: Social Media Marketing Associate (MBA Fresher / Graduate Trainee)

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for promoting the book series.
• Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Brainstorm creative content ideas posts, reels, videos, contests, and collaborations.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Support influencer marketing and community-building initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing preferred) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Enthusiasm for books, storytelling, and creative marketing.
• Good understanding of popular social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
• Prior experience or internship in social media marketing will be an added advantage.
