Experience: 0.2 to 3 years

Salary- 2lpa to 4.5 lpa + Variable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design impactful logos and brand identities that reflect the company’s values and resonate with the target audience.
• Develop comprehensive branding guidelines and create packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with market trends.
• Design a wide range of communication materials, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, and print/digital advertisements.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives across digital and print platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business goals.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout to produce designs that connect with the target audience.
• Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva to execute projects.
• Ensure uniformity of visual elements and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints.

Experience:

• 0.2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered)
• Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Figma / Canva / CorelDRAW for quick design tasks
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
