Creative Designer

Role Overview

As a Creative Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process — from concept to execution. You’ll create engaging visual content that enhances our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and communicates our spiritual lifestyle essence in a modern way.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for

  social media, website, ads, packaging, and campaigns

  .
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Design

  product creatives, lifestyle imagery, and promotional materials

  in line with brand aesthetics.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.
• Create

  motion graphics, reels, short videos, and animations

  where required.
• Stay updated on

  design trends, competitor benchmarks, and D2C creative best practices

  .
• Manage multiple projects with tight timelines, ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience

  as a Graphic/Creative Designer, preferably in a

  D2C or consumer brand

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)

  ,

  Figma

  , or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  branding, social media creatives, and product design work

  .
• Basic understanding of

  UI/UX for web and app

  is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to convert abstract ideas into impactful visuals.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, startup-like environment

  with quick turnarounds.
