What You’ll Do Lead creative direction across branding, design, and campaigns Translate brand psychology into powerful visual and verbal stories Manage and mentor designers, writers, and creative teams Collaborate with strategists and clients to develop standout concepts Ensure creative excellence across all touch points What We’re Looking For 1 year in creative roles with natural leadership quality Strong portfolio in branding/advertising Expertise in design tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.) Strategic thinker with bold creative instincts Great communication and presentation skills A strong knowledge on AI tools and prompting to stay update Why Ztrategize?
