Creative Director

The Creative Art Director job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, team handling, client meets and more.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Create compelling logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Work across the team and creative team to produce the final design.
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Managing the proper flow in the team.

Requirements:

• Undergrad degree in a graphic design or equivalent course
• 6+ years of experience in graphic designing and team handling.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, AR/VR is a plus.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Advanced Graphic design, illustrations, basic knowledge of UI/UX
• A strong portfolio that includes creative campaigns.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Great team management skills
