Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Ideation 💡

• Master brand positioning, products, and audience psychology
• Stay on top of D2C ad trends across Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and more
• Design storytelling frameworks focused on direct-response results

2. Production Ownership 🎬

• Lead end-to-end content creation from script to final edit
• Manage talent, stylists, editors, and animators
• Build processes that consistently deliver 15-20 high-impact creatives per brand per month

Content Innovation & Iteration 🛠️

• Continuously test creative variations (hooks, CTAs, formats)
• Analyze ad performance and optimize content accordingly
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, RunwayML, Pika) for faster ideation and streamlined post-production

4. Team Building & Culture 🌱

• Recruit, mentor, and grow a talented creative team
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, speed, and excellence
• Align closely with media buyers and brand strategists to ensure strategic harmony

You'll Thrive If You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in video production, creative direction, or ad creation
• Created or directed ads specifically for D2C/eComm brands (UGC, product videos, performance content)
• Understand the subtle art of crafting high-performing ads
• Excel at managing creative teams, tight deadlines, and high standards
• Have strong storytelling chops and ruthless editing instincts

Bonus Points If You:

• Can edit basic ads yourself (Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut)
• Are comfortable on camera (brand or explainer content)
• Understand performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumb-stop rate)
• Regularly use AI-driven content tools (ChatGPT, RunwayML, Pika)
