Role Overview

As Creative Director, you will lead concept development, design execution, and campaign ideation across projects. You will be the bridge between creative strategy and delivery, ensuring all work aligns with client goals and internal brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative vision across all teams and projects
• Guide and review all outputs from the graphic design and video teams
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding, content, and marketing strategies
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling creative concepts
• Drive brainstorming sessions, idea pitches, and campaign development
• Maintain quality control of all creative deliverables
• Mentor junior team members and promote a strong, creative culture
• Stay updated with design, content, and cultural trends to keep ideas fresh and competitive

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of executing successful digital-first campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand strategy, content creation, and design thinking
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and audience behaviour
• Hands-on experience with design or video tools is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
