Responsibilities

• Define and drive the creative vision for all AI video productions.
• Lead storytelling and visual development from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, tech leads, and clients to align creative direction with production needs.
• Work hands-on with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Gen-2) to explore new visual storytelling possibilities.
• Ensure creative integrity, innovation, and consistency across all content.
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in film, advertising, content creation, or digital media.
• Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating high-impact storytelling and visual direction.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage end-to-end production workflows.
• Familiarity with AI video tools and workflows, or a strong desire to adopt and experiment with them.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, technical, and client-facing teams.
  

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Unreal Engine, etc.
• Experience in virtual production, motion design, or interactive storytelling.
• A history of working in experimental or R&D-driven creative roles.
