Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 10+ years of agency experience with proven leadership in creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
