Creative Director

You will be working as a Creative Director at Transmitter, a branding and advertising agency located in Chandigarh. In this role, you will not only lead from the front conceptually, strategically, and culturally but also ensure the creative integrity of all agency deliverables, ranging from pitch decks to large-scale campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include leading the creative direction across all accounts, guiding and inspiring a team of designers, writers, editors, and freelancers, translating strategic insights into compelling creative ideas, and ensuring the quality, originality, and brand alignment of all work that leaves the agency. As the Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Strategy Head to shape the creative vision of the agency, mentor cross-functional teams, and elevate the standard of both thinking and craft. You will also be required to present creative work confidently both internally and to clients, encourage experimentation and innovation within the creative process, and actively contribute to business growth, pitches, and agency culture. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a creative leadership position within a branding, advertising, or digital agency. You must possess a diverse portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, strong craft, and cross-platform storytelling, along with a deep understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, and cultural relevance. Additionally, you should have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, presenting to clients, defending ideas, and selling work with conviction. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Communication, or a related field is required, along with qualities like curiosity, resilience, and a drive to deliver exceptional work.
