Creative Designer

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a sharp and creative GraphicDesigner who’s excited to design static and motion creatives that don’t just look good — but perform.

This is a performance-first creative role focused on making scroll-stopping ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube. You’ll be translating complex ideas like destiny, love, or - into powerful visuals that drive users to click and convert.

If you enjoy designing clean WhatsApp-style UI mockups, editing animated quote videos, or experimenting with ad styles that work for Tier 2–3 Bharat and the world— this is for you

Skills We Are Looking For

• 2–3years of experience in graphic design or ad creative production
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Canva Pro
• Bonus if you can do light motion graphics or video editing in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AE
• Familiarity with performance ad formats on Meta and Google
• Strong visual eye — with an ability to design for Bharat's Hindi/Hinglish-speaking audience

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Performance Team

• Understand campaign objectives, target personas, and what’s working
• Translate briefs into

  impactful visual concepts

Design Static& Animated Ad Creatives

• Create

  social-first visuals

  (Posters, WhatsApp-style chats, meme-style carousels)
• Design and animate

  short video ads

  using templates, captions, transitions, and motion text
• Collaborate with content writers and UGC creators to bring ad ideas to life

Iterate Based on Performance Data

• Review CTRs, CPCs, and creative scores with the team
• Learn what formats/themes/colors work — and build creative libraries accordingly
• Maintain a balance of

  branding+ conversion focus
