Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing concepts and designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social platforms. You will create visually appealing graphics, logos, icons, and infographics, while ensuring brand consistency across all designs. Collaboration with copywriters on campaigns and working with art directors, copywriters, and developers will be crucial for successful project outcomes. In the realm of digital design, you will be tasked with designing websites, landing pages, email templates, and digital ads for platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Mobile-friendly and responsive designs, along with UI/UX design concepts, will be within your scope of work. For print design, responsibilities will include creating business cards, letterheads, envelopes, print ads for newspapers and magazines, packaging designs, and event materials like posters and banners. Additionally, you will develop brand guidelines, create logos, brand marks, and design brand assets such as stationery and email signatures to ensure consistent branding across all materials. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will work closely with clients on design projects, present designs to stakeholders, and engage in creative collaboration with various team members. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), a strong understanding of design principles and color theory, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a portfolio showcasing your creative designs. Skills in graphic design (print and digital), branding and identity design, UI/UX design, visual design, typography, and color theory will be essential. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required, along with certifications such as Adobe Certified Expert and Graphic Design Certification.
