Creative Designer (Full- Time) Position: Creative Designer Employment Type: Full-time Department: Pitmedia – Design** 1. Work Hours • 9 hours/day, 6 days a week. • Expected availability for team syncs, brainstorming sessions, reviews, and urgent client requirements. 2. Responsibilities • Lead the visual direction for client brands and campaigns. • Create high-quality graphics, brand assets, layouts, social media creatives, and campaign visuals. • Guide interns/junior designers; maintain consistent quality across outputs. • Interpret briefs from Creative Strategist/Account Manager into clear, impactful designs. • Participate in ideation for campaigns, videos, and content. • Maintain file systems, design libraries, brand guidelines, and production-ready outputs. • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, error-free, and submitted within timelines. 3. Required Skill Set • Strong mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools. • Good understanding of typography, color, and layout. • Ability to think conceptually and design based on strategy rather than shortcuts. • Basic motion skills (preferred but not mandatory). 4.
