Creative Designer

As a Designer Intern/Fresher at Advantage, a Marketing and Advertising firm in Kollam, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Your role will involve collaborating with the creative team and clients to bring ideas to life, presenting design concepts effectively, contributing innovative ideas for brand visuals, and ensuring timely project delivery through coordination with team members and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging and impactful visual designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. - Collaborate with the creative team and clients to bring ideas and concepts to life. - Present design ideas and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance brand visuals and campaigns. - Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure timely and smooth project delivery. Requirements: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to think independently. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
