Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing and producing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, advertising, and promotional materials. Your role will involve designing assets for both digital platforms (such as social media, websites, and email campaigns) and print media (including brochures, packaging, and posters). Collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams is essential to ensure that visuals align with messaging and brand guidelines. It will be important to stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, creating visual content that enhances user experience across digital interfaces is a key focus, and your participation in brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative direction of campaigns will be valued. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects). A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills will be beneficial, along with the ability to interpret briefs and turn abstract ideas into compelling visuals. Time management and multitasking capabilities are necessary to succeed in this position. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a design or creative role (entry-level roles may require less experience) and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Bonus skills that would be nice to have for this position include experience in motion graphics and video editing, UI/UX design (using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and XD), illustration or 3D design, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and photography or art direction. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
