About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content and Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and bring our brand stories to life! You’ll work across two exciting verticals — Policy Janch , a corporate insurance advisory firm, and Traveloguiders , a travel agency that curates unforgettable group travel experiences. This is a hybrid role requiring both creative and social media expertise , perfect for someone who can turn ideas into visually appealing content and knows how to engage communities online. Key Responsibilities: Creation Role: Design engaging social media creatives (posts, stories, reels covers, etc.) Create print-ready materials like brochures, standees, flyers, and business cards Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and content Develop visual content for campaigns, announcements, events, etc. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts for both brands (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Plan and schedule content using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience Analyze performance metrics and tweak strategies accordingly Stay updated with trends and apply them in our content calendar You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required) Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma (or similar tools) Social media management experience for brands or clients A good sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and switch between brand tones Experience in travel or insurance industry (bonus, not mandatory) What You’ll Get: Opportunity to shape the visual identity of two dynamic brands Flexible working environment (remote/hybrid) Space to pitch creative ideas and lead campaigns Hands-on experience in both corporate and travel sectors Competitive compensation based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
