We’re looking for creative minds who can bring our ideas to life through engaging visuals, motion content, and social media storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts and marketing creatives.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Create and refine visual assets in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Utilize AI tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar to enhance visual storytelling and productivity.

• Work closely with our marketing team to align all visuals with brand identity.

• Maintain brand consistency across DezignBank and subsidiary company content.

• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver on time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve).

• Portfolio showcasing social media designs, video editing work, and creative projects (required).

• Understanding of AI tools for audio/video generation and design workflows.

• Strong creativity and attention to visual detail.

• Experience making social media content for brands or startups.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects.

• Prior work in the architecture, design, or tech industry.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other creative AI platforms.

• Social media marketing or paid ad creatives exposure.

• Interest in digital storytelling, YouTube, or short-form video platforms.

• Basic knowledge of website design or UX tools (Figma).

• Comfortable presenting ideas visually in team meetings.
