Join our team to create impactful local market advertisements based on diverse client requirements! 📍Location: Edappally, Ernakulam 💼Experience: 1-2 Years 🕜Role: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Branding: Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, coffee Table Book, Ads, flyers, logos, social media posts, email campaigns, and property listings. Digital & Print Media: Design high-quality digital and print assets such as banners, signage, advertisements, and presentation materials. Social Media & Website Content: Develop engaging graphics for social media platforms and website content to attract potential buyers and investors. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and real estate teams to align creative designs with branding and business objectives. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all materials and ensure a consistent visual identity for the company. Photography & Image Editing: Enhance property images to improve visual appeal. 🧑‍🎓Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design/Visual Designer, preferably in marketing & advertisement industries Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma (or similar tools). Strong sense of color, layout, and typography. Creativity and attention to detail under deadlines. Understanding of branding and marketing strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
