About the Job:

We are seeking a hands-on, visually driven Creative Design Specialists who can bring ideas to life through compelling design. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced environments, has prior experience in proposal design or event branding, and is eager to collaborate cross-functionally with content, strategy, and operations teams. This internship is perfect for someone passionate about design and storytelling, especially within the events and employee engagement space.


Key Responsibilities:

Proposal & Presentation Design

A) Design client proposals, pitch decks, and event/travel presentations that are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and strategically structured with a clear flow and engaging storytelling to showcase events or travel experiences using Canva.

B) Translate event or travel concepts and client briefs into coherent and captivating visual narratives that guide the audience through the experience.


Creative Asset Development

A) Create design assets for brochures, social media posts, event collateral, and post-event reports.


Collaborative Ideation & Execution

A) Work closely with strategy, operations, and project teams to understand requirements and craft designs accordingly.

B) Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new visual styles and formats.


Design Consistency & Quality Control

A) Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layout, and tone across all deliverables.

B) Review and refine content to maintain high design standards and visual impact.


Trend Research & Innovation

A) Stay updated with the latest trends in design, branding, and visual storytelling to keep our work fresh and innovative.


Who Should Apply?

  • Students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Prior exposure to event marketing/design, client servicing, proposal creation, or travel-related content is preferred.
  • Understanding of travel, events, itinerary planning, and experience designing to create engaging presentations.
  • Passionate about storytelling through design and open to learning in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
