Creative Content Designer / Visual Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and detail focused specialists with hands-on experience in video creation, motion graphics, design, user experience, and production for both digital and print. This role also involves supporting merchandising efforts and ensuring consistent use of the brand’s logos and visual identity. The ideal candidate combines creative production skills with an analytical mindset to improve how media performs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video and Design Production

• Create and edit videos including explainers, podcasts and promotional content
• Develop motion graphics and animations for campaigns and social media
• Design visual content for digital use such as banners, social posts, and email campaigns
• Prepare print-ready files for reports, brochures, and other materials
• User Experience and Creative Support
• Collaborate on web projects to ensure content is user friendly and visually consistent
• Support UX and accessibility goals through layout, design, and user testing feedback

Brand and Merchandising

• Ensure consistent use of brand elements including logos, fonts, and colors
• Maintain brand templates and update style guides as needed
• Design and coordinate production of branded merchandise and promotional materials
• Work with vendors and teams to manage timelines and quality for merchandise production

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Media, Design, Communications, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in video editing, digital design, and media production
• Strong portfolio of videos, animations, and design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
• Experience in both digital and print production workflows
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual consistency
• Good communication and time management skills
• Basic understanding of HTML or CSS and familiarity with accessibility UX standards is a plus
