This full-time, on-site role is designed for a proactive individual with strong creative skills and digital marketing expertise. You will play a critical role in shaping and amplifying our brand presence across digital platforms while creating engaging content that drives educational value and user engagement. The selected candidate will report directly to top-level management, ensuring clear alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and high-level execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in content design and content management Ability to develop effective content strategies Strong communication skills Strong research skills to support content creation Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the creative or edutech industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Key Responsibilities: Design posters, videos, banners, and digital content Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and ad campaigns Develop and execute content and digital marketing strategies Update website visuals and content regularly Analyze performance using tools like Meta Suite & Google Analytics Stay ahead of trends with proactive, out-of-the-box thinking Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and content design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, and performance marketing Familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress) and basic web editing Strong research, communication, and content strategy skills Organized, deadline-oriented, and excellent at multi-tasking A self-starter with a passion for creativity and learning What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-growing edutech environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Room for creative exploration and innovation
