About the Role

Lead Designer


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing creative guidance and performance feedback
  • Develop and execute design strategies across brand, marketing, digital, and UI/UX initiatives
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets for web, social media, print, and experiential campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and user experience
  • Drive innovation through emerging tools and trends, including AI-assisted creative workflows
  • Maintain consistency across all design outputs while pushing for creativity and originality
  • Ensure timely delivery of design assets aligned with project goals and business objectives


Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Suite

    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Experience with

    AI creative tools

    (e.g., generative design, image/video AI platforms)
  • Strong grasp of

    UI/UX design principles and tools

    (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Familiarity with

    social media and content creation tools

    (e.g., Canva, Meta Creative Studio)
  • Solid understanding of

    typography, layout, branding

    , and visual hierarchy
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 10–12 years of professional experience in design, with at least 3–5 years in a team leadership role
