Creative Art Director

Role:

Creative Art Director/ Graphic Artist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brand associate team to interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives and design requirements, from concept to execution.
• Apply design thinking to solve the brand challenges.Lead the design vision across digital, social, design mediums to develop and produce creative content that helps brands' engage with their TG.
• Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas and scripts
• Design cross-channel creative expressions - digital, print, motion, design.
• The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design and campaign communication design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro
• Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands
• Genuine love for pop-culture and everything Advertising/Marketing

Experience:

Upto 2 years' of digital design & advertising experience
