Creative Art Director

As a Creative Art Director/ Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in setting the design and visual communication tone for brands. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the communication and content plan of campaigns from start to finish. Collaboration with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams is essential to develop innovative and engaging content that enhances brand awareness and solidifies brand consideration. Your work will contribute to delivering on the promise of "Brutal Simplicity of Thought." Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the brand associate team to interpret creative briefs and understand brand objectives and design requirements. - Applying design thinking to solve brand challenges and leading the design vision across various mediums to create engaging content. - Preparing concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts. - Designing cross-channel creative expressions including digital, print, motion, and design. - Delivering creative content such as brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design. - Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute new design perspectives and ideas. - Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, while staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. - A diverse range of style and design capability to meet the design needs of various brands. - A genuine passion for pop-culture and the advertising/marketing industry.
