Role: Creative Art Director/ Graphic Designer As a Creative Art Director/ Graphic Artist , you will be responsible to set the design/ visual communication/ visual art tone for brands and be able to oversee campaign's communication/ content plan to completion. You will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, brand associate teams to develop innovative, engaging content that helps brands' increase awareness and solidify their consideration. Responsibilities: Collaborate with brand associate team to interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives and design requirements, from concept to execution. Apply design thinking to solve the brand challenges.Lead the design vision across digital, social, design mediums to develop and produce creative content that helps brands' engage with their TG. Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas and scripts Design cross-channel creative expressions - digital, print, motion, design. The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design and campaign communication design. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands Genuine love for pop-culture and everything Advertising/Marketing Experience: Upto 2 years' of digital design & advertising experience Think you’re up for it?
