Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Assist customers in navigating company services, products, and policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Identify customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Conduct customer surveys and assessments to understand service effectiveness and areas of improvement.
Provide training and support to new employees on customer service best practices.
Stay current on product knowledge and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
