CPO Production Planning Admin

This role will own Planning and Coordinating India Refurbishments to ensure CPO Instruments can meet and exceed our customer expectations.

Responsible for physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

Checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Prepares and maintains records of products shipped.

A large portion of this role is spent on SAP system(s) and reporting for processes such as inventory tracking, scheduling, and planning. Serves as a point of contact for customers and partners, both internal and external, for common questions

Qualifications

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.Key skills and qualities for this role include:
1. Responsible for performing a variety of support duties within the manufacturing environment. Work activities are focused on one or more areas of manufacturing operations support:- Warehouse / Remarketed Instrument point of contact2. Materials handling, involving physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment:- Inventory management: In charge of the inbound and outbound warehouse goods inventory (Instruments and Parts)- Manage parts inventory and ensure availability/replenishment- Preparation of Production Orders (Parts picking and Unrefurb instruments)3. Quality, involving inspections of raw materials and in-process and/or finished products to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.

- Facilitates wall-to-wall inventory count- Perform SAP transactions such as Goods Receiving, Inventory management of inventoried parts including bulk parts, chemical, and internal requests.
